I have a window where I want to go up to my property a few weeks after the new year, and want to do it with friends. There are three guest rooms, all overlooking the lake.

I’ll pick you up from the airport, we’ll drive an hour through Salt Lake City, then two hours following river trails through snow-packed canyons through the Utah and Idaho border.
Since there are three guest rooms, let’s make it simple… opening this up to only three people.
There are bunks, so can bring a +1 for $1000, or have them split it $3k/3k with you.
After getting settled, sitting by the fire, or playing foosball and a few arcades (I have Galaga, Ms Pac-Man, Simpson’s, NBA Jam, and Street Fighter), we'll go to dinner at a famous hillside restaurant with fresh seafood, steak, burgers, and local favorites overlooking the frozen lake.

FAQ
What dates?
Dates to be agreed upon by final 3 guests. Likely last week of January or first week of February, 2026. I will align with the three who are first to pay. But will be flexible to ensure all three final guests can attend.
Where is your lakefront property?
Fish Haven, Idaho
How will I get there?
I can pick you up from the Salt Lake City airport, or you’re welcome to drive and meet us there if you’re local’ish. I can provide the address upon payment.
Is this refundable?
$500 non-refundable so I can take you seriously and lock in all the logistics needed for this to be awesome. The rest is refundable up to 30 days before the first event date. Non-refundable within 30 days of the event's start date.
